We were referred by a family friend to consider this vendor for our wedding rentals. We were a bit concerned because of the tight budget we had to work with and it being a backyard wedding. That being said we were able to visit their show room in the valley look at all of their rental items. The company then followed up with an estimate of the rental items, and from there we trimmed down what we didn't need and added anything we forgot about. They were really flexible when we had any changes to the guest count or the rental items leading up to wedding day. Day of before wedding rentals were dropped off and let me tell you their rentals were super organized and labeled, we were able to talk with the people to verify we had everything, they placed and put the arch together for the wedding, and even cleaned the dance floor before they headed out. The day after the wedding rentals were picked up with no problem. I highly recommend this company for any special or larger events you have coming up. Great price point, quality, customer service, and professionalism.

A week before our wedding, we saw rain in the forecast, even worse, it was going to be a pretty bad storm & our venue was an outside venue. We found Rustic Yard on Yelp and reached out to obtain quotes.
To be honest, I reached out a few different times as I wasn't sure what to rent (heaters, tent, sizing, etc.). This was the last thing I wanted to deal with before the wedding but Carlos made the experience so seamless. He was patient, understanding and direct. We rented a clear tent with patio lights and chandeliers that made our event magical.
They set up the tents, dropped off the heaters and furniture the day before the wedding, in the rain and still did it with a smile. They were professional through the entire process. They provided amazing and reliable service at a great price.
