California Wedding Decor Rentals FAQ
We deliver rentals throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura counties, as well as San Bernardino County.
Reserve your rentals at least 2-3 months before your wedding date. For peak seasons, 6 months out is best. We can tentatively hold items for up to 2 weeks.
Yes, delivery and professional setup are included. We’ll also break down all rental items and transport them back to our warehouse after your event concludes.
Don’t worry – we can adjust your rental order up until 2 weeks prior to your delivery date if your needs change.
Absolutely! We also rent draping, lighting, glassware, and catering rentals and can help source needs like floral and event production.
As part of our event rental services, we will pick up your rentals after the event. Most venues require same-day pickup. If your event is at a private home, then we will coordinate a pick-up date and time with you, usually on the following Monday.

Rustic Yard Events makes rental delivery and setup easy. Based on your wedding date and venue location, here is an overview of our process:
We’ll confirm a delivery window a day or two before your wedding to drop off items. For multi-day rentals, you can choose setup and pickup dates.
Our team will unload and install rental items like furniture according to your desired layout.
After your wedding concludes, we’ll promptly pickup and remove rental items from the venue.
For most Southern California locations, the cost for delivery and pickup depends on travel distance, order size, time and labor, potential assembly of items, and the drive duration to and from the venue. Once we receive your desired rental list and the venue’s address, we’ll provide a tailored estimate for delivery in your personalized quote. Just provide your wedding address when requesting a quote!
