Private Event Rentals FAQ
We recommend reserving your rentals as soon as you know the location of your event and the date. Booking early secures availability, as our items are limited and are first come, first served.
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and pickup for all our rentals to make event execution seamless. Just choose this option when booking.
Unfortunately, we only service events within our delivery area of Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura, counties. Please inquire if you are unsure if your venue falls within our delivery range.
Pricing depends on the rental items, quantities, and duration of your rental. Most items are priced by the piece (per table, chair, etc). Book a consultation so we can provide an accurate custom quote!
Once you submit your rental order, submit your payment to begin reserving your rentals. All major credit cards are accepted.
Damage fees apply to any lost, stolen, or broken rental items. If the items have to be removed from our collection, you will be charged 5x the rental cost. But first, the damage is evaluated at the venue, and we will do our best to avoid charging a replacement or damage fee.
Normal wear and tear are expected, but you may be charged damage fees for excess damage like broken glassware or torn linens. We assess items upon return and will notify you of any fees.
